our story

Aardvark Research is an independently owned and run qualitative consultancy which was founded by Justine Abbott ... born out of a desire to produce inspiring and engaging research for clients who share our passion for research.

Justine trained as a Montessori teacher and worked as a Developmental Psychology Tutor (following her Psychology degree) before moving into children’s market research.  She has developed a creative and holistic approach based on her experience gained in: Quantitative research (Carrick James); Qualitative research (TRBI (now Synovate) and Young Direction); Advertising Planning and Strategic Research (McCann Erickson).

Every project is approached from a multi dimensional viewpoint and incorporates: discussion; observation; interaction and desk research so our clients gain an in depth and insightful understanding, not only of their specific issues, but also of their current and potential consumer targets: the lifestyles they live; the issues they face and the things they aspire to.
